Chaque gîte à une entrée indépendante et inclus un grand séjour, une cuisine tout équipée , une salle de bain avec douche , un w c séparé et plusieurs chambres.  Ils ont chacun un espace dédié au pic nique privé avec une grande table  et un barbecue  .La propriété possède une grande cour clôturée commune au deux gîtes avec un portail électrique pour garer vos voitures , de nombreuses fleurs et arbustes l’a décore , ce qui fait qu’aucun jeux de ballons n’est autorisé . Les équipements sont décrits en détail dans chaque gîte .

• Les lits sont fait à votre arrivée , les serviettes de  bains , serviettes et gants de toilettes ,  les torchons , essuies-mains , serviettes de table , chauffage , électricité et eau sont inclus dans le tarif 

• Le nettoyage est à faire (produits à disposition) sauf si le service est demandé (facturé 50 euros)

• Parking privé et gratuit uniquement pour les locataires des Gîtes ( les visiteurs  devront se garer à l’extérieur) aucun  jeux  de ballons dans la cour .

• Wifi gratuit avec  la fibre optique .

• Jeux de société à disposition et livres pour tous les âges dans les gîtes . Pour le gîte LINE un babyfoot et un lecteur DVD sont à disposition en plus .

• Les gîtes sont non fumeur, merci de votre compréhension

• Chien accepté sous condition de ne pas le laisser seul dans les gîtes lors de vos déplacements , de le tenir en laisse dans la propriété et de ne pas le laisser monter dans les lits et canapés .( Nous vous en remercions par avance ) Nous ne prenons plus les chats .

• Le gîte Line et le gîte Fredy peuvent être loués ensemble (10 adultes et 6 enfants )

• Nous pouvons vous organiser une visite de cave chez le vigneron , sur rendez-vous (sans obligation d’achat ) durée 1h30 à 2h00 

• Pour chaque gîte nous pouvons vous fournir : lits d’appoints , lits bébés et chaises hautes .
